Tips to lose weight(10 kgs) withion two months???

Dear friends, Can you suggest me some tips to lose my weight especially around my hip and thighs within two months.. All suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you..

I lost weight by controlling my portions. Most people see that a serving size for cottage cheese is 1/2 but don't measure it and just pile it into a bowl. They're eating 1 cup instead, at twice the calories. Measure your food, paying attention to the portion size. Cut back breads, rice, any grains. Don't cut them out, just eat about half what you do now. Don't eat sugars like candy, cakes or honey. Exercise. Get out and walk at least an hour a day, briskly. Walk in place or jog in place while watching tv. Keep moving! This should be very successful. Good luck!

im gonna try measuring my portions now! youre right about piling. sometimes, i even deny to myself, i have already piled so much more food in my plate. thanks!

Avoid all sodas including diet drinks. Freeze a bottle of water. Your body burns extra calories just warming the water up.

Daily exercise is the must. You must do it for atleast half and hour. Then perfect diet is necessary. Avoid oily foods. No chocolates or sweets or any items that contains fat. For reducing thighs I think jogging and skipping will be good. All the best. I am also going to do these from next week. Can't do it now, because we do have one family function this week. Hehe.
