Shower before sleep

A Shower before sleep is a must for me. I have preferred a cold shower to a hot one, I guess it is because of the heat and humidity here. I have read that a warm shower before bedtime helps us relax our tensed muscles and bring sleep easily. Do you also like to shower before hitting the bed or prefer not to.

I always do on the hot summer days, because of non stop working in the sunny days makes more sweating and increases the humidity also. So i prefer taking bath at night times before i go to bed. I normally takes warm bath at night and really it keeps me fresh and makes me cool to invite the pleasant sleep for the whole night,.

I can't sleep without taking a shower first. I don't know why but I just think that I will sleep better if I take a shower first before going to bed. Or else I would wake up every hour because I would feel uncomfortable and unclean.

That's because you do it everyday religiously and it makes you feel good. Its a good habit.

I prefer to have a nice warm fragrant bath before i go to bed, to help me relax, as for a cold shower i could never do that even in the hot of summer, I could never have a cold shower it would have to be a little warm...

This is a must for me too. I don't know why i just couldn't sleep whenever i haven't taken a shower. I feel so uncomfortable in bed. Perhaps this has become a habit. But a good one. A warm shower before bedtime is wonderful. It is very relaxing. But a soak in warm water is better for tired and aching muscles. Happy MyLotting!

A very good habit because it helps us maintain personal hygiene plus also de-stresses us.
