Why people just ask about Mylot income in PM?

I think most people join this site initially to earn money. they think they can earn several thousands. I got PM asking me how much I earn each month. I gt annoyed at these. why should I tell others how much I earn her? they can ask whether this site really pays, but not directly about amount. Will you answer if someone ask you like this?

Sure i will, as here we work on net and mostly we dont know how the earning works. Just to know the earning pattern and maximum yield for the day, some people ask some of the friends here. And i feel, if friends ask you me seeing your numbers behind your name (hats off), And it will be for know the approximate earnings they can make out of mylot also. Its just an help not a sharing of earnings.......

Subha, First let me congratulate for 12000 posts. And about answering those PM, why dont you reply them saying, 'Why are you here, If you are here for money then dont ask again, if you are here for Friends and Discussion I will give you the tips by serving being here and earing togther'. I feel like more than 70% MyLoters are here active because of earnings... No one is bothered about discussions and making friends... Hope MyLot will not loose its value...

Hi subha,it not needed to tell ones earning. I got some messages too. That user still exist and she has got friends here. Also there is no need of stating that this site is genuine and pays. No more replies to such pm.I never take part part discussions.

Hi Subha, Yeah I am with you, I think that it is rude for people to ask you what you have earned. They could may a post asking what people have earned and if others want to tell them them then that's fine up to them! but to PM people and ask what they have earned is just plain rude ....

I agree with you that it is wrong for people to be asking you your income. I think you should either ignore the PMs or give them a proper reply so that they do not ask you again. I would never ask someone for their income neither would I reveal mine.

Subha I have myLotting for quite some time now but never had anyone PMed me asking about my earning. Lucky me! I think ppl kind of end up asking you because of the fact that you have more than 12000 posts to your credibility. That's awesome feat! BTW, Congratulations on your 12,000. Happy mylotting.

Wow... that is like asking what your salary is... no one has ever sent me a pm asking how much i earn here... but if i get that... i will just tell them that i make payout almost every month... and i think that will suffice... It is not polite to ask that question... but i will still response in a polite manner...

LOL, really...? Well, in PM I wouldn't mind to answer but I would ask first like what's the curiosity for..? If the person wants tips to earn more, I would try my best to list down, rather than just telling my earnings first. It is your privacy and that's up to you.

I don't think that i would have a problem answering them. I think that they just want to know if there is any future in it for them if they can acheive a high number as you have. I wouldn't take offense to it, although it is nosey, and a little rude to ask someone that. I would let them know how much i made but i would be very bland about it and say i've made about ...... and they can do with that what they want. I don't think that i would be upset about it though, i would let them know that i thought it was rude for someone to ask that, and that would be that. But definately a good discussion.

Well, i agree that is our right not to share with complete strangers about how much we earn a month, i mean, o.k., i can tell you how much i earned in 1 day but don't start interrogating me. I don't think i will answer as this is quite an indiscreet question to respond to.

really thats too bad to ask someone how much they earn.. but i can say that whenever someone notices a person with huge posts, then there will be a curiosity started devoloping in there mind that how much the person will earn in one day, one payout and one month.. since that is some of the normal nature of a normal person.. happy mylotting

Hi subha, I have answered but they are friends already whom I am talking constant here in mYlot but for newbie who will do that to me, I will not give a numbers! LOL! I am sure they are thinking that you have that 12000 plus responses or post so, you're earning that big! LOL! Anyway, once they will not enjoy the beauty of mYlot, I am sure they will not stay longer since maybe they are thinking we are earning a lot here! But,at least we enjoy and earn!

Lol Subha, I am not surprised that you received such a question. After all... you are one of the most active faces on myLot. Take that as a compliment instead! If I am asked the question, well, it would depend on quite a few factors. If I am feeling nice and that person asked real nicely, I might just share. Even then, I would put a "disclaimer" citing possible factors why that person may get more or less than me. Sometimes, maybe you just don't like that person. Hate at first sight. Maybe the name, the avatar, the vibes you get from the message wordings... whatever. I think you should just do as you please. If you feel like telling, tell. Otherwise, just say that it is perhaps too personal a question reserved for when you two enter a more "intimate" friendship.

I be curious to know how much someone earns at on site. because it is probably common, but I will not directly ask them if they don't want to share this information. I see you have over 12,000 post, maybe this the reason for anybody wanting to know how much have you earned.

well i never asked something like that but i think newbies are trying to figure out how much mylot pays for writing responses and creating discussions i never recieved and private message like that , i think they are asking to you because you really have high post count around 12.000 and they see as experienced , thats why i think , and i simply wont reply if i recieve a message like that , anyway happy mylottings
