I would like to start a discussion about our jobs. SO I'll be describing my job and then please describe yours. My job is a technical support agent of one the big company in US. My job there is to provide good customer service and resolution to any technical problem of customer. I love my job especially when I'm able to provide support and resolution to the customer. Ob course not all problem can be resolved over the phone. One of the thing I'd like most of my job is being on a team that is very friendly, fun and helpful. We help each other and provide feedback on each every call and Tech problem we encounter that's make us one of the number one team on our company. How about you can you share any details about your jobs.

I work as a clinical support worker on a busy hospital ward. My duties are mainly attending to patients non-medical needs. We change their beds everyday (plus anytime that they wet or soil them), help them with their personal hygeine, feed those who are unable to feed themselves, help them with their toiletting needs, talk to and reassure them, escort them when they go for x-rays etc, make them dinks, serve their meals, attend to them if they pass away, take blood sugar readings, complete paperwork, answer telephones, take blood and other samples to the path lab, wash beds and other equipment to prevent infection....etc There are both heartening and heart-breaking moments as you can imagine. I never get bored during my shift.
My colleagues are friendly and I enjoy the diversity of the job and the people I meet.
