Do long distance relationships really work? I would like to know of stories out there that can relate to mine. I have been in a long distance relationships for almost 11 months now. It has been difficult but bareable. I can say that the most important aspects of a LD relationship is trust and communication. My fiancee is not able to come to my country unless I marry him. I have seen him 4 times in the last 11 months and it has been great. We get along really well and communication is our strong point. It has worked for us and our plans are to be married by the end of the year so that we can start the paperwork to bring up here to be with me. Let me know of your stories.
