I feel with this upcoming generation, high schools and colleges! since we just about do most of our work from our cell phones and our computers, I think with good boundaries and restrictions in place having the choice of highschool classes cross the internet wouldn't be that much of a bad Idea, one it prepares you more to take on classes like that in college. So my vote is yes

well what you are saying is very truly possible. the world is shrinking day by day thanks to the internet and secondly internet has spread so widely and we need it for almost every thing going on in our life these days that i wont be surprised if netrooms take place of classrooms.
