chicken salad or veg salad?

I always prefer veg slad because it is fresh and according to season.

I am a vegetarian so i definitely would opt for the veggie salad. They are not that bland if you sue the correct amount of seasonings and sauce. Put some oregano and chili flakes and it can taste pretty yummy. Try the Veggie delight salad at Subwaywith their sauces it is just so yummy. Plus vegetarian salads are very healthy. Lettuce provides roughage, you get vitamisn and minerals from the different ingredients.

Definitly veggie salad. I don't care that much for chicken. Vegetable salads don't have to be bland. Depending on what you put in it and the kind of dressing you use could make a huge difference.
