how to utilise this site and imporve our self

Read and read and learn lots before you post, there is lots of very good information on here about how to post, what not to post etc. One big tip, people don't really like just one line posts, we like to know all about you and why you would like to know what you are asking. Bad discussion..... What are you doing now? Good discussion...... Hello there, I'm new here, I am reading nad posting while I have the tv on in the background. Would you mind if I asked waht you are doing now and what else you do , if anything while you are reading on mylot. I do like to have some noise in the background and I find the tv works for me.
