well dont be offended people lol thats not my quote, its the quote of famous philosopher Nietzsche, but when i have heard that first it seemed little bit true to me, actually i m not atheist i also believe in god, heaven, hell but it just keeps me thinking all the time now and i couldnt decide now that if this quote is true or false in my opinion so i wanted to ask you people what do you think? do you think faith is not wanting to know what is true? or are you against that quote?

I am not against that quote, but I do not think that it is true for all people of faith. For me, it's not that I don't want to know the truth - I am open to virtually all ideas and explanations. I do not shut my mind to other religions/beliefs - I allow them to enrich my own!
I believe that quote IS true for people who are so steadfast in their belief that they can't even entertain a conversation with someone who has differing opinions/beliefs. Those people are blind and wish to remain so. Only through exploration and understanding of ourselves and others can we truly see the light, find God.
