I have found a whole new way of reading

Have any of you ever heard of or do you own a Kendle Reading Device? It is an electronic book that you get from Amazon and you can buy books from the Kendle store at Amazon.
I love it because I can change the font size and make it beg enough to read without my glasses. It is a wonderful new experience in reading.
I got mine for my birthday in April. It's pretty expensive but I had several gift cards at Amazon so that helped me to be able to buy the Kendle. Then I do several programs that give amazon gift cards so I use them to purchase my books.
I can buy a book any time, day or night from my Kendel and it is there in seconds. I love this feature.
The machine does a lot of things but I only use it for reading books. If any of you are interested in reading about it you can go to Amazon.com and read all about it.
It's really nice for people who hate wearing reading glasses. And it saved me money on books because I have been buying the large print books for years and they cost a fortune.
Do any of you own this and if so, how do you like it?

Yes sassygirlanne, you can read all about on Amazon. But they are really expensive. But for me; it was well worth it. As I said, it does a lot more stuff too but all I do is read books from it. I have used the dictionary that comes with it on occasion.
Let me know if you get one. I'd be interested in hearing how other people like it.

ya I went and looked at it. Your right it is spendy but it would be a worth wile investment. Maybe Ill get it someday.

YOu are right cbreeze, they are very expensive. I think probably they may go down in price after a while. I know they have gone down fifty dollars since I got mine. So maybe one of these days they'll be more affordable for everyone.
I like sharing books with friends too. And I still do buy a book every now and then but more and more I am just getting them in kendle. When I first got it, they hadn't added some of my favorite authors but now they have lots of them. It seems that they add new ones every day or so.

I dont have one but man i want one. I just cant believe how much they cost.
