nurses and students aspiring to be a nurse

I want to talk about all aspects of nursing. I am an LPN and I am burnt out on working LTC or nursing homes. The residents are great but it is hard to find an organization that actually has their &%^$# together.

You should try travel nursing. My wife is an RN and we started travel nursing about a year ago. We love it! We've been to Florida, New Mexico and right now we're in Colorado. They pay good and you get to travel, if you don't like the hospital its only for 13 weeks. Check it out on-line or let me know if you have any questions. Its the best decision we ever made.
