whats the new trends in graphic design?

i've creating a lot of designs lately, from ads, brochur,logos etc.I'm wondering if there's any trend right now that i'm use. any suggestions?

the trend that is doing its best now a days is Web 2.0 type of trend .u can see my aviator logo on left side here ..i have made it on base of that

The only trend I know of at the moment that everyone seems to be using and the one that I cant do is Vector style. Basically with loads of crazy shapes and alot going on with bright colours. I love the style and really wish I could learn how to design like that.
