Here's one for all the kitty fans out there.
I can't possibly take a pic because even typing the message here is allmost impossible and takes up a lot of my time, lol! .
My youngest kitty has decided that my laptop is nice and warm and that she wants to cuddle so she merely lied down on the keyboard! I managed to kindly manouvre her off the keyboard on to the scrolling pad, which I never use, and a small part of the table. She's lying inbetween the keyboard and myself right now. It looks so cute, I really regret not being able to make a photograph of it!
Does your kitty do this?
What other odd places do you kitties fall asleep?

My cat Luna (he is a he even though I gave him a girl's
name and he forgives me) likes to walk on the keyboard
to get my attention. He jumps on me while I'm typing and
yells "mama". Yes, he says "mama" very clearly. My friends
have heard him say it and when someone first hears it they
look around because it is really clear. I taught my last
cat to say Ma. Now Luna learned to say mama and he says
to say it over and over and he knows that I am mama and
he loves to say it to me. His brother Star likes to climb
on top of the kitchen cabinets which are really high up
and watch me work on the computer. He's the supervisor cat.
He's the boss of everyone and everything that goes on in
the house. I have very unique little boys! And I love them!

That sounds wonderfull, I never managed to do so but it sounds like something really sweet when your cat can do so. I have seen movies on the tele that had cats say things too and it sounded very sweet.
They both sound very different and it's nice to have different pets with such different personalities as they both have different things about them that you love. Thanks for the lovely response.

I've had experience with them curling up on my lap but usually they fall asleep and they don't bother me typing, so I'm guessing that was a lucky break as yours tries to catch your fingers. It's cute but it does make typing very hard like you are saying. Thanks for the nice reponse!

lol how cute! we dont have a cat right now, but the one i had growing up used to insist on being in the middle of the checker/chess board whenever someone would play!
didnt have a computer back then, so she never got the chance at the keyboard. she also used to lay on me right in front of my chin when i would lie down and read a book! id end up having to hold the book straight up over my head to see anything, but she was happy and just purred her head off the whole time! lil booger, i miss her.

That sounds very cute! Whenever I am reading I make sure there are no cats in my bedroom because I know they will push their little heads in between my book, wiggling in to make some room and simply jamming their bodies inbetween purring; actually looking like a wreck with their head down on the bed and their boottie up in my face, with no way to turn. LOL! .
Cats can really make you smile, I can understand that you would miss your childhood cat. You get really attached to your pets.
Thanks for sharing this wonderfull story!!

Ah Cyberfluf, Is this Karma you are talking about have you finally got her home or your mums one, I can't remember the name. Shame you couldn't take a pic but I can visualise it bless. They do pick some very strange places to slepp, mine are no longer kittens but the most usual place one curled up and fell asleep was in my sons potty LOL. Ellie :D

The cat I was referring to is DJ (Donna Jaylin), she is my youngest kitty at this time and she is about one and a half year old. She never grew that much and is still rather small even though she isn't officially a kitten any more (they are untill they are 1 year or so I've heard).
I never call her by her full name unless I am really angry .
I'll add a picture of her to make you visualize even better.
My big red cat tries to do such things as well but he gets stuck with his boottie tilted up in the air meowing like crazy, lol.. you should see that, it's so funny!
Karma and Bollie will be 6 weeks old this sunday and we are getting them when they are 7, 8 or 9 weeks old. It's not to sure yet. They are potty trained and eat kitten food by now, on their own, so I think with 8 weeks they will be fine.

That sounds so sweet! I do regret it when my white cat does this who loves lots and lots of hair onto my freshly washed BLACK trousers, lol!

That's great! My cat does that, too. My cat is also an eyelash biter. We saved him a few months ago. We already had 2 cats, but I couldn't leave this little silver long haired kitty in the street. He's huge. He will climb up on me and put his nose as close to my eyes as possible. He will pull on eyelashes or lick your face and purrs so loudly while doing it. He's a odd one! We are cat lovers though, so it's all too cute!

Wow, I never heard of eyelash biting cats before! LOL!
It sounds really funny, but I guess you have to be a cat lover like us to appreciate it. He sounds very funny and loveable.
I couldn't leave a kitty in the street, that's for sure, you did a lovely thing for him.

My kitten loves to do that or she'll even just lay in front of the screen and look at what I am doing and the pictures that show up on the screen. Sometimes too when I turn away, I guess she watches what I do on the keyboard, but she'll start to try typing on my keyboard. It is so hillarious.

That sure is hilarious . It doesn't happen to me often but I had a cat that ran accross my keyboard and 'typed' things, but never actually just try and paw their way to make letters. I would love to see that one in action!
