how can i clean a worm that doplicates my files..

All good advice from these members. Give us more info on what products you use for protection. Are your MS updates current? Any warning messages? How long has this been going on?

that depends on what kinda virus you infected.some virus you can't exactly clear out,you have to check out what kinda virus you computer infected, and find one specific tool to clear it out. after that you'd better install a anti-virus softwre, there are few freeware you can use. avg, and avast! are good choose.

Have you try Avira free antivirus? So far I have no problem cleaning any worm virus using it. It have email scanner too. Try it. You don't have to be in Safe Mode to clean a virus... Avira will taken care of it.
