who would you entrust your life to?

let say the you are in grave danger and you have to go somewhere to hide and stay somewhere that you are safe, who would be the person or persons that you would entrust your life to, aside from your immediate family? this person will be someone who will keep you safe even to the extent of giving up his/her life just for you.
trust, these days is often hard to give and at times we really don't know who are real allies and enemies are. would you trust your life to someone who is not part of your family? I know it would take a lot of courage to do so.

This is very interesting. You got me thinking here. I really am asking myself "to whom can I entrust my life to?" My answer would be only one: TO GOD. The only being who can save me from great danger is no one but GOD. He would use people on earth whether in the form of a friend, a neighbor, a distant family relative, a long lost friend or whoever can help me to hide in order for me to be safe. It's not actually the matter of who you are going to trust; it's rather how the power of your faith can do for you. Entrusting your life to GOD means you surrender your life completely to HIM. And HE is now in charge of keeping you safe.

I agree with you 100%, God will really keep us safe if we just call on Him and ask for help. i remember Psalm 91 this is really applicable here. thanks for the post and for reminding us all the God is awesome!!!

There are friends whom I know I can count on, these people are truly rare to be found these days, "rare" in a sense that they are trustworthy enough that in many instances they become of great help. Yes, its true trust is really hard to find these days, yet we can be very grateful that there are still those who can be relied on when tough times comes.

Well, i would go to my husband without any doubt, but if it's not family then i will have no one to go to...
I would help if someone comes to me, that's for sure. I've got friends but to that extent i do have sincere doubts. I don't blame them though. They've got their personal lives and stuffs to attend to. i can't expect them to be part o fmy sorrows...
