A lot of people are conscious on their physical attributes. Even males of today are not far from women who are engaging in feminine activities such as facial uplifting and a lot more. On my opinion, physical attribute of a person calls attention to everybody and if im not mistaken many will agree about this. In terms of love affection, to whom will you go for,to a person with good looks or to a person who is in the middle of beauty perfection?

Someone in the middle....I have signed up on an online dating service...the last one I got the man went on and on about wanting a woman who would walk down the street with him and everyone would say "Wow"....then at the end of his profile he says he moved into this area for a woman who he thought was his dream girl but it ended because there were too many men in her life....dah!!! I'd rather have someone who has a good personality then all the good looks.

Of course, one couldn't help but notice the more attractive people more than the lesser in beauty. But I go for the more rugged 
type and not the really handsome ones as based on my experience they will just break your heart

Physical attractiveness has been a conscious effort to many nowadays. As you say, men and women engage themselves in surgery and other things just to look good and hopefully, feel good afterwards. No wonder, several beauty clinics have spread in the urban areas nowadays. There's no problem for me to look good for as long as you don't change your features totally.
