In our country, Philippines, the most successful and watched gag show is Bubble Gang, in which Michael V. is one of the main casts.
Michael V., if not the best, is one of the best comedy actors in the Philippines. He's remarkably known for impersonating diffrent personalities, changing lyrics of songs (into funny lyrics), funny spoofs, etc. To cut it short, he is a very hilarious man. He's got lot of ideas, really talented.
I am a big fan of Michael V. and Im really happy and proud that he is featured and on the front cover of reader's digest. He's the 2nd Filipino who made it (after ex president Corazon Aquino).
I think he has won asian awards for comedy. For those who dont know him, you may search for him in youtube, for sure you will laugh too..

That is pretty cool that Michael V. is pictured on the front of the Readers' Digest. I will have to search for this Filipino comediam on YouTube. Take care. Thanks for telling us all about Michael V.

I admire Michael V. a lot. He is nice person. I have seen how he started. He truly deserve what he is getting now, and despite it all, he is still down to earth.
It would be reader's digest advantage to feature a talented artist in the magazine.

Having Michael V. featured on Reader's Digest makes me proud to be a Filipino. Wow, he's the second Filipino to be on it after Pres. Cory? That's really great! Thanks for sharing this info. I think I might have a look at it on stores.

Although I'm an avid kapamilya, well, I cannot deny that Mr. Michael V. really got lots of talent in the field of comedy. He really has this natural sense of humor which you can't explain where it came from. Apart from being a good comedian, he also sees to it that he can balance serious matters from those hilarious ones.
As for him being on the front cover of Reader's Digest, whoaaah! It is so amazing that a Filipino comedian is appreciated around the world and not just merely in he country. I am deeply proud for this grand success. May he continue to be an inspiration not just for all Filipinos but to others around the world as well!=p

Michael V. is the best. I always watch his show "Bitoy's Funniest Videos".. My favorite part there is "Yari Ka." wherein Michael V. would disguise and cause people trouble. He will never stop until he sees that you really are getting so much scared or nervous. I really laugh out with his shows..

Wow, thanks for this news purplehyacinth! Having one of our countrymen in the front of an international magazine is a big enough achievement!
I myself is a fan of Michael V. I remember watching his films from way back into my childhood, and I wouldn't deny being a fan of him. I agree that he has if not the one of the best comedians in the country that does not need to put down another person just to make people laugh.
I remember his gags from way back Tropang Trumpo days until now. And man he sure is talented. Congrats Micheal V.!
