Yes, I did. I remember carving my name a a heart shape like the cliched Hindi movies, not in the lover's point, but on a tree, I don't remember the name, in my country home. It was a huge tree and i still remember it because I got myself hurt while doing it!

I used to see a lot of different names, carve or written on the desk, back in school days. I guess, he lost a big chance of not seeing it, riya . Thank you and you have a great weekend.

Carved Tree - A picture of names carved into a tree.
I carved my name into a few trees when I was a boy. I'm not sure of the reason behind it - it seemed like a good idea at the time!

No I never did it into furniture or a tree. I have always liked trees a lot and would never cut into one not even as a kid. The worse I have probably ever done is write me + someone on a bathroom wall. That is the limit of my destruction of property as a kid.

In bold Big letters, Cjay. And it was visible for many years after that. The funny thing is that i did it in place on the tree, where one had to climb to see it. So i was the one who saw it most of the time.

That's very smart of you, alokn, people need to climb the tree to see it and no wonder why, that you maybe the only person sees it most of the time. Thanks.

Hi CJay, I haven’t done it with my name. Instead we draw some pictures on the desk with a needle on craft period in school. We intentionally avoiding the name otherwise we may get caught (lol). We wanted to be the good students and at the same time doing naughty things (lol). So every time avoid the name or any kind of recognition marks. Be happy.

Hi Sreekala! I think it is part of our childhood to do some naughty things, lol. I haven't done this or drawing, I was quiet and very shy in school and I'm scared with the teachers, lol. Thanks, dear.
