Alot of us wake up and there they are. The luggage on our face. I think this is a problem for most of us. Some people use cucumbers to deal with the problem. How do you deal with this?

i think you should go to bed early at night, as it'll help you to solve this problem. sleep and health of our eyes has a deep connection.

I get them sometimes. I normally just deal with them. They seem to go away the longer I am awake. My daughter even woke up with bags under her eyes the other morning and she is only 19 months old. Her went away after about an hour.

I don't get puffy eyes often, only after a bad night of crying alot. And I find that dipping a washcloth in ice water that has had ice cubes added then put the washcloth on your face will take the puffiness away. Repeat as needed.

Sometimes, moreso as I get older. I have no idea how to really handle the problem, but as a guy, I suffer vanity pains from my expanding belly, not bags under my eyes.

Well I can't say that I have ever heard puffy eyes referred to as luggage!LOL But yes I do contend with that every now and then. I have heard of putting some ice on them. Sometimes if I cry I can get puffy eyes. Ice has been known to bring down the swelling. I do put the ice in some kind of rag before applying it to my eyes.

I have the baggage problem too, more now as I have gotten older. I have a problem with allergies and sinuses and I know that doesn't help. I do have some cucumber cream and they say caffeine helps. I have some eye cream from Yves Roche that does work well and I try to make sure I use it. I have also increased my intake of vitamin c and fish oils. They are suppose to be really good for your skin.

I too suffer from puffy eyes. I notice that if I have very little sleep, am sick, or have cried before bed that they are even worse. I take a very cold can of soda out of my fridge and place it under my eyes I have found that this helps. I have also heard that putting preperation H under your eyes takes out the swelling too. I know that this is a celebraty fix.
