Should I change my job?

I have worked in this company for more four years with my wife. Now i am thinking of changing job, but how about my wife? we want a baby this year, so she can not go with me. If i leave for a new company, i am afraid that i can't take care of her better. How should i do?

The new job should provide you with more money and hopefully even better benefits. For the sake of your family you should see that your career advances. Your wife can take care of herself at work. And there are plenty of co-workers to look out for her. I wouldn't worry too much about that aspect. I would worry more about how to better provide for my growing family.
