Do you know there is a dish called "Guan Cai Ban"?

LOL, I do now. I had to do a search for it. It is called coffin bread in English. Basically it is a thick slice of bread that is cut open and the inerds removed then stuffed with meats or veggies and then deep fried. It sounds interesting, but I try to stay away from deep fried foods. It does sound like it would be good though, depending on what you stuffed it with.
