With emerging problems like global warming, doctors prescribe the use of sublock everyday. The heat of the sun can cause damaging effects to our skin and to our health. Some of which are premature aging, dark spots, wrinkles and worst, skin cancer. Do you use sunblock everyday? What SPF do you use?

In fact nowadays I don't use anything on my face, including lotion, cream and sunblock. I become lazy in these days. It's very strange that my skin seems to be better after that:) I am not afraid of suntan. After all, everything will become normal after winter. I love China

Hi tidgea. Yes I use every day sunblock because I have a whiteness skin and need to protect her from the sun. If not I get a red color in my skin LOL. The sun can burn my skin easily so I use every day a sunblock. Cheers and good day.

I know its not right, but I dont always use sunblock. When I use I make sure I apply on my face and arms as those are the parts which are exposed.

Yes, I always use sunblock everyday even if the surrounding is not really sunny. My dermatologist told me that sunblock should be applied to the skin everyday to protect it from the harmful UV rays, even if it is cloudy outside, we should still wear sunblock because we are still prone to damages, the UV rays can only be shield by the ozone layer, so because the ozone layer is already lost some amount of its shielding power we are indanger of radiation. The cloudy day or the gloomy season has no guarantee of any protection to the skin. So sunblock is very necessary to wear everyday to avoid premature aging, skin diseases and pigmentation. Except if you are staying in your house all day.

I know that sun block is very important for our skin but still I hate using it. I live in a hot and humid place hence sun block makes me feel Yuck! Hence I prefer carrying an umbrella.
