Do you prefer red meat over white meat? / myLot

If you ask me well i think white meat is healthier than red meat but then red meat tastes better so i prefer to keep a balance. What about you people?

I like both white and red meat. They say white meat is healtier for you but I think that red meat has it's benefits too. It's rich in iron. I think it doesn't matter what you eat but how much of it you eat.
