I would like to find out about other women's experiences with their high risk pregnancy, for my own knowledge. If you could please tell me what made it a high risk pregnancy for you and what the outcome was, I would greatly appreicate it. I take a couple low dosage meds, one for moderate/high blood pressure and another for anxiety so I am concerned because I am very early in my pregnancy and I have had appts with my family dr (who told me to keep taking my meds) but I have yet to have an appt with an OBGYN dr, I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Thanks!!

I havent been pregnant, but I am trying to conceive before I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. The doctor said that if I do get pregnant, it will be a risky one. So I need to have my blood sugar controlled before trying again. Avoid being worried, theres no good stressing yourself, just ask the doctors about the safety of your medication, try to be as healthy as you can be.I am sure, with proper care, everything will be alright.
