Do you speak with the dogs?

I talk to my girl all the time. And judging from the expressions on her face or in her eyes, I'm pretty sure she thinks I'm a idiot! LOL I wouldn't have it any other way............I just wish I could learn to bark so I could really talk to her. lol

Yes I talk to my dog. He has learned some commands although he will not always obey as he can be quite willful. He is a bit like a teenager at times. He knows what is wanted of him but his body language is "why should I, what will I get out of it". He can be quite funny at times. I talk to all my animals. I also have 6 chickens and they have learned to come when called but they are still nervous about being touched.

Dogs do understand when you speak to them. I am forever speaking to my dog.Even now while on my computer he is beside me and I am chatting up with him.There is no one at home.I am all alone most of the time so I keep talking to my dog.When i speak to him you must watch him perking up his ears and sitting very attentively and listening to me.I keep telling him to go see if anyone is out there he would immediately climb up on the window sill and very sweetly will look out.They understand every word you speak.

Long time ago I had a dog. When I was sad, I told him and perhaps it helped me to release myself. And he wouldn't tell it to anybody. I love China

When I had dogs, I spoke to them all the time. I have a cat now and I speak to him all the time. Thanks and take care.

I talked to my dogs all the time. How I wish they can talk.Because I believe that they understand what are we telling them. I love my dogs.

yes i do talk to my dog, and he also understand me. many time whan i say that dont do that or i just give a look that dont, he will understand it. he also know everything what is right and wrong. .. yes i agree with you that they can understand us. They feel relaxed with us and we feel tension less.. thanks and enjoy :)

i always talk to my dogs, particularly when i bathe them. i love my dogs, when i was sick, they lie on the floor by my bed. heck my siblings didn't even ask if i need something or what not. i don't think they even cared. this also happened to my uncle. when he was sick, his dogs seems to follow him everywhere. he even joked that his dogs will inherit everything leaving nothing to his kids 0_o
