what time do you usually sleep?

I always sleep at around 10 pm. right after my boyfriend and I had a long talk over the phone.

What time i normally sleep?? It's the time whereby most fishermen wake up for work, and that's the time i will sleep, between 2-3am.. hehe =D I guess i'm used to it, because b4 i had a computer, i will always stay up this late to watch tv, and no matter how early i tried to sleep, i will end up sleeping at 1-2am.. After i had a computer, things get worse, as i can be surfing the net and playing of games till 2-3am.. But now, it's because of mylot that makes me stay up till so late and sometimes even up till 4am.. lol =D ANd the next day i will always wake up at 1230-1pm, because i only start work in the evening.. haha

I most of the time over do it because I rest a little while working and wakin gup late but most of the time I sleep round about mid night and wake 6:30 A.M in the morning. i take all my week's remaining sleep on Saturday night when I wake up late on Sunday.

I try to go to bed before midnight. I usually sleep between 11 and 12 pm. My hubby wakes up at 5am to prepare to go to work, so I'm usually awoken by then. As such I only get 5-6 hours of sleep at night. During the day, I try to take a nap when my daughter does the same. I used to sleep more about 8-9 hours.

Hey jhellie, I stay up very late at night because I have trouble sleeping. I am not working right now because I am temporarily disabled. I actually am looking for some legit online work so that I can work from home and make some money until I decide what my next step will be. So I stay up until 2-3 am and answer discussions here on mylot. I have alot of friends here so I am kept pretty busy and I have fun answering their discussion. It helps me to relax.

I usually sleep at 11-2,i don't take work to home.

Well it all depends on my work scedule, if I work in a 9-6 job then P prefer to go to bed early at about 10 or 11pm but when I am not working then I usually sleep kate night till 2-3 or it can be later then that but I believe that its healty if you go to bed early and wake up early. I really don't have any fixed time to go to sleep.
