What is wrong with my mylot?

Why is it that no matter how many post I post, I earn very little on mylot? I hear story's of people making dollar a day or more but I only earn 10cent or 20 cents most and I type a minimum of 4 sentences per post! have you manage to earn a dollar a day? or maybe 50cents if you have how many post did you post? or can you tell me how mylot pays their users?

My lot is not concerned about the number of posts, though it gives some weightage for the length of the answer. Also I see that my earnings had increased after I started caring about spellings and sentence formation. I think they are very important to make some money here. Also your activity here does count. If you simply keep on answering without doing any thing else like rating a discussion, you will be seemed to be inactive. Hope my response gives some insight to how this works. Well it is quality and length of the response which get you money out here and not the one line answers and also how much discussions you start and how many responses you get and if you reply to them or not this all counts.. so it is quite a complex thing there.

It's not only about the quantity but also the quality of the post and there are no specific guidelines set on that. Also, how many is "many" according to your standards? The day I reached more than a dollar on solely participation earnings is when I posted around 50 replies :) All replies were at least 3 lines long.
