my purchase of new protection and I click download, it says there is nothing to download. But I just got my bank statement saying that it has been paid and Mcafee has my money. I also ordered a disc and I received the disc from them, but the disc is a recover disk only, so that isn't it. I really need the phone number, I'd like to resolve this before I'm changed to high speed tomorrow. I checked the website, I saw an address, but not the phone number or maybe I was too stressed to even see it. Every time it expires I have some kind of problem. Some aspects of the internet drive me crazy and Mcaffee is one of them. Thanks and take care.

Hi writersedge.
I see that someone already gave you McAfee's number. Just thought I'd mention that I have Norton 360 and it is amazing! I know that earlier years of Norton's antivirus programs didn't get could reviews. But what they did was listen and updated it all for the Norton 360. It's very good and very fast. I'm just telling you this so that, in case your McAfee ever lapses, you might want to consider it. I'm very pleased with it. Take care and hope you got your McAfee problem straightened out.
Also, your server (I see you have Earthlink) may already have a free program built in. Many of them do. You may want to check on that. Good luck.

Yes, Norton comes with Earthlink. But the person who helps us with our computer said to get McAfee because Norton was no good, but at my last job, they only had Norton and it was fine. So the change explains it all, 360 is way better. Good to know.

mcafee home users: 1-866-736-3971. Both AOL, and Comcast offers mcafee for free.

hey man some advises here. McAfee actually slows down your computer's start up time. i would recommend kaspersky or avg's free version.
anyway i guess all the contacts can be found here http://www.mcafee.com/us/about/contact/index.html.

Yes, it does slow the start-up time, but everyone I know who doesn't have it has had a virus infiltrate in the last year and had their computer crash.
I tried there, just tried again, now the phone # is a charge one, if you want tech assistance, you have to pay them.
