What do you do to save money?

i just put coins from changes I got for the whole day to a coin bank, be it a can or a box. How bout you, what do you do to save money?

well, i am yet starting to save money. i can hardly get an amount to save from my salary because i have bills and responsibilities so what i so is joined some sites in the internet that helps me earn and the money that i earned through the sites are the money i would save up for my bank account. well it's definitely not that much, but it's small savings little by little that could accumulate to a big amount! happy!

My wife knows very well about saving money and she always do that to take peeny in the car that I would always laugh on her when she will keep on saving those coins but she is doing it right because one time when she put it in the empty pringles can and when it is already full of coins, She count it and she bought a ring "white gold" for the amount of 78kd, Funny but it is so nice to see all those coins turn into a ring a white gold ring.....

Wow! That is an investment worth keeping. I think I should use use empty pringles cans from now on. LOL. I put mine in cans and count it when I feel like to and need to. So in the end, I am not successful with making my cans full. Thanks for the response and happy mylotting!

Hello,Trisha!.I always save 30% of my income in the bank.saving is essential as it meets the emergency needs.besides you can purchase some assets with this saved amount so you have done a right thing by saving something.something is better than nothing.keep on.all the best.

good for you. Me? Well I do not stay at home long enough before. I am very busy before. But when I graduated, I just stay at home until I finally discovered mylot. Thanks for the response and happy mylotting!

Hi there trishasantos I too put all my pennies in a money jar and later count them and take them to the bank. I also empty my purse at the end of each week and put what ever is left into the money jar too!

Our currency is peso. In terms of coins, 10 peso coins are the highest, 2nd would be 5 peso coins. I keep such coins. I count them up when I feel to, or I needed some money. I dont empty my purse though, because I use the other coins for transportation. I pay with the use of other coins. Thanks for the response and happy mylotting!

I do that too, I always save 5 and 10 Philippine Peso coins and give it for lunch to miss piggy
