are you living in joint family?

I have lived in a joint family for the first 17 years of my life subsequent to which we seperated from my uncle's family. I guess living in a joint family has its pluses and minuses. But if left upto me, i would prefer nuclear families where everyone is living in their own house. That way there are less day to day problems and you can still be like one family whenever you meet.

Dear friend, I am living with my parents and I only son for them. We were a nuclear family before. After marriage after I got departed I started living with my parents. I do know both joint family and nuclear family has it own merrits and demerrits.
