Emoticons? Why can't I use'em?

Well, I just got 200 discussion. Yay, congratulations for me.^^ But the point I want to discuss is about the using of emoticons.
I just tried to use'em, and myLot still returned for me a message saying that I had to have a rank of level 200 to use it.
Then my question is: don't I have rank of 200, or rank is different from the number of discussions?

I am glad to hear that you made it to two hundred posts and congratulations on your accomplishment my friend,and it sucks that you can not use the emoticons and I am not sure why you would not be able to,my best guess would be that it might be something about mylot updating and changing things,I would say give it a day or two and you should be able to use them,and I hope you make it to five hundred posts so you can copy and paste.

Yeah, I also want to reach the 500 posts, but lately I felt kinda bad lately 'cause my earnings are being extremely low compared to what I'm doing.. Then the will of participating kinda.. I don't know.. Disappears..
