Boy did I feel on top of the world today.
My children aged 10 and two 8 year old went for there six month check up at the dentist. All got a A*, nothing wrong with them, all nice and clean, and they don't have one filling between them.
I felt so proud.
Even my other daughter who is almost 20 has no filling.
I have done one thing right as a good parent

I'm sorry to say, I don't think it's you. One of my kids has no fillings; the other has several. It's heredity. I have very few fillings; none as a child, but their father has a mouth full. One daughter just got the wrong genes.

Congratulation, if feels good to see that all your hard work has paid off. I agree with the other responder that you probably are a good parent in other ways too. Now you have a chance to rejoice in your good work. It is great when you can see your own success. Have a great life. Job well done.

Bravo! Dental hygiene is so important. But I'm sure that's not the only thing you did right as a parent;)
