I completely agree with what your saying. When I was a child, I remember we used to leave the front door open in summer when it was hot, and you didn't have to worry about anyone just wandering in and taking what they please but now you'd be stupid to do something like that. Especially with knife crimes going up and the risk of rape. I feel sorry for the children of today and I honestly don't think it will get better. A couple of years later, I was in the butchers with a friend, getting some meat for her dad and this man came in and said he knew us, we didn't recognise him so we tried to ignore him as much as we could, but as the butcher knew most people in the village he made the mistake of saying my friends name when he handed the meat over the counter. The man said he remembered her name now but he couldn't remember mine but he offered us a lift home, we refused and said we were ok to walk and left. We described the man later to both our parents and he didn't sound like anyone they knew...

i guess so and you really cant trust strangers now a days who pop out in your front yard or even on the road and everywhere else..its so sad that as the world become more advance and so many inventions that people act differently beyond the norms..
