Can you operate computers without mouse????

That is a good thing to do- learning the shortcut keys. I'm not very good at it. In fact the only ones i use are sometime the short cuts for copy and paste and of course the Ctr+ alt +del every time the system hangs. It sure will get extremely difficult to use the system without the mouse.

i have learnt to work without a mouse.i our college mouses are very old and using them are a lot of time, so i always prefer to use the keyboard. but when a mouse is placed beside me, some times my hand automatically uses it. this is unavoidable. nowadays keyboards come with many new shortcuts which makes us to use the computer without mouse. i also a software called win desktop using which i can go directly to any folder or application directly from desktop by configuring it as our wish

I started using the computer much before the mouse came into the picture. So, I am used to the keyboard shortcuts and find them easier than using the mouse. But with years of doing both, I am comfortable either ways....but given a choice I would stick to the keyboard and use the mouse only when it's really necessary.

I cannot do totally without a mouse. I know a few keyboard shortcuts. But I prefer using the mouse as it is faster and much more convenient to use than a keyboard. If my mouse gets spoilt I make sure the next day I go and buy myself a new one. I don't bother much to use the keyboard.

i wont say that impossible or very hard for me to operate computers without mouse. actually during my school days i used to work in computer without mouse, my uncle who is a software engineer gave me some tips and taught me some shortcuts... even then i can say that a much more proper and accurate approach can be given with the help of a mouse. that i can say if mouse is present, then it will be very helpful.. not only for me, to all

I don't know any of the keyboard shortcuts... so i am mainly dependent on the mouse when using a pc... and the laptop's sensory pad... so i am completely at a lost when i am left with only the keyboard to operate the computer or laptop... i think i should take time in learning the shortcuts... but i don't have a list of the commands...

you can operate the computer via keyboard without mouse, but that will be a little bit slow even you know all the shortcuts. i know most of the shortcuts using, but sometimes i think mouse is better. if you fed up with mouse using, maybe the mouse which you used is not fitting, try a new mouse. hhe

Yes I can. There's many short cuts in the keyboard. If you will just explore, you can really learn all of them. But because of the technology, seems the mouse cannot be separated with the Computer units. But theres also new products now in the market that you can customize the shortcuts in all programs just from your keyboard.

I can use only keyboard as mainly I use my PC only to write and yes only by using a shortcut from computer start, write in Editor(OO), until it off. But I think this day, mouse become an unseparateable parts of PC it self when playing a game. It is hard to play modern game without a mouse. Do you play rpg without a mouse?

Yeah, I do can operate computers without mouse, but I prefer not. You know, for things like opening programs, typing and so, it's really possible and easy.. But if you are browsing on Internet, it turns out to be like a annoying thing. To browse through hyperliks using Tab it's not very efficient, and when you have to deal with Flash Control, it's pratically impossible. =/
