Amway now Quickstar, Wow! It's been some years, I think I was 11 or 12 when my moms was a distributor trying to become Diamond! Yes their products are great, from what I can remember, good stuff! I'm pretty sure they're much further along now!

Yes, it's a difficult task, but maybe worth the effort if they can get there! My moms never made it, but quite a few people did! There are programs with cheaper just as good products, with a very lucrative compensation plan and levels that are much easier to obtain. There's nothing wrong with Amway, great and solid company, but I've come across some programs that makes them and others look like garbage!

In my kitchen I use LOC Plus Kitchen Cleaner and purse disinfectant. I also use satinique volumising harid cleanser and detangler - I love these two they really make my hair healthy and nice. My husband and I both consume nutrilite vitamins - bio c plus, cal mag and I take iron. Oh and also the protein berry mix drink. We mix it with milk...........great products.

Yup, my dad and my husband are a member of Amway, so we do use Amway products sometimes. We always take the supplements from Amway, as it's a trustful brand, hence the products should be good. I am using the water filter from Amway, it seems to be quite good, though the products are quite costly. For something, quality counts. ^_^

I am a distributor of Amway, so I had definately use their products. Lol.
I joined Amway because I was attracted by their products.
1. Their products are good, and is environmentally friendly.
2. They are cheaper than outside brands in the long run, because of its concentrated formula.
3. I like the idea of having the option to order everything under one store and have them deliver the products to my house.
4. I like the idea that if I order what I need, I can get rebates back in cash, and I can have the option of getting reimbursed by them when I share the products with my friends.
5. I like meeting and making new friends from all over the place
Those were the very basic reasons why I joined Amway. Still is in it, and no regrets whatsoever.
How about you? Are you using their products?

I'm currently using Amway Nutrilite food supplements (calcium, vitamins B complex, C, E and fibres, soy-based protein). Previously I've tried Iron as well. The reason I chose Amway food supplements is because of the natural ingredients used to produce them as well as the extensive R & D done by this company. I've been to some of the seminars / workshops that gave a thorough explanation on these products. Besides, this company was established about 30 or 40 years back, so if there's any problem to its products, it might have been recalled. At a glance, it may look pricey, but if you divide the price by the intake amounts (price / capsules), the cost is affordable in long run.
Apart from that, I also use the Amway Artistry cleanser, toner & moisturiser of the 'Delicate' range since two months ago. It all started when I went to a facial session at a local saloon nearby my place. Somehow my skin was allergic to the products offered by the saloon, and my skin turned dry and started to peel, and it felt itchy. I switched to other brands, but they didn't work. Then, my best friend recommended this Artistry facial products to me, since previously she also experienced similar skin problem like me. So after I've used it for a few days, the itchiness was reduced and gradually after 2 weeks the peeling stopped. Even though there are some discolouration and light red marks from the initial problem, my skin is not dry and not itchy. So I continue to use them.
Another product which I'd bought about 4 or 5 years ago, was the Amway Queen Cookware. There are so many pots and pans of different sizes in it, that I hardly manage to use all of them. But the heat is distributed quite quickly when I use one of the pots to cook or boil food, and I only need a little bit of cooking oil, so I guess I can save more on cooking oil and gas. And the moist is well retained when I use the pot to stew food. These cookwares are also very durable.

Here in the US, Amway has a very negative reputation. They have some pretty bad business practices and a lot of people really got taken for a lot of money with them - my aunt and uncle included. I remember when I was younger and they were trying to make a go of it, my parents bought stuff from them to "help them out" but we never used it because it didn't work as well as the regular stuff we always bought.
After Amway was kinda forced out of the US, it has changed it's name to QuikStar or something like that and is now back in the US. Their business practices are pretty much the same, but restructured enough so that they are now allowed to do business here again. Amway is still looked upon as a negative business venture and unfortunately people think anything that is sold like this is an "Amway scam". It's taking a long time, but businesses like mine are finally getting past that whole Amway mess and people will realize that not all companies are like that.
I'm glad it seems to be working for you guys, I know that it didn't for my aunt and uncle, or anyone else I know that's been involved with it.

I haven't used Amway. I know it is a famous company. Its products are expensive but I heard it works well. However, I don't like its selling way. I can't find it from any stores and this is why I don't like. I don't like buying from individuals although they represent Amway. It's not convenient in my opinion.
I love China
