Microsoft copying softwares from other companies.

Hi all. I am posting a discusiion after a long time. Hope i can get enough responses. Well i have noticed that Microsoft has started to copy softwares and ideas from other companies instead of creating something new. Before their windows had identical features in every version. But some applications shipped with it were unique and new. But now it seems like microsoft really dont have any new ideas left and they are just giving the same book with a different cover. What do you all think about this?
