I'm not worried about overpopuatoin. People kill themselfs all the time. There are wars and plagues and terorists and car accidents and sh.t. Some say something big will bappen in 2012.

Overpopulation is a serious issue that needs addressing on an economic level. If adequate housing, nutrition, water, economic self sufficiency were available to everyone, the problems of global collapse would be approached from a different view. So, is it the number of people born that contributes to collapse, or is it the government policies of distribution of wealth, ecologic soundness, pollution control, etc.?

Yes!People are living longer,so there are more births than deaths. At this rate we will run out of space.Since no one really wants to die,we should encourage birth control. We should make more people aware of the situation.Perhaps reward people for only having two children and helpling to keep the numbers lower.Just a thought.

It depends on country you live in. Australia nd few others offer money to have more kids. Over population in India is a serious problem, but either the nature will take care of it or it will lead to mass migrations. Just see calamities overpopulated countries face-in terms of diseases, lack of resource setc.

Overpopulation is a very serious problem. With it comes overcrowding of cities, hunger, unemployment, crime and other serious isssues. I don't really have an answer as to how to deal with it. I don't think there really is a diffinitive answer.

Over population or population is not a problem. Nature has ways and means of taking care. The ability to use the population is required. India and China will be the next super powers only because of their population. The population becomes strength when u educate them and keep them healthy. They should be employable.

i think over population is the biggest threat facing the planet. Really there is no need for it, just ensure knowledge of contreception is wide spread and educate moslims
