What do u eat when u are sad?

I just have a terrible day. Thus I want to eat something delicious so as to get better!
Usually, When I was sad, I would like to eat Mcdonald's. For me, it is pure magic. No sooner had I ate it than I felt better! I kid u not!
On the one had, it is absolutely bad to my health since Mcdonald's are juck food.
On the other hand, if I don't eat it, I've already felt sad, it's gonna change.
As a reasult, I hesitate about eating it.
What do u eat when u are sad?
Does it work?
I hope your "folk prescriptions" have nothing to do with juck food like mine.

i scream for ice cream! for me, ice cream is such a comfort food. it does not matter what the flavor is, be it rocky road or a fruit-based flavor like mango or strawberry, it is all good.
and my mom knows this. that is why we always have a stash of ice cream in our fridge. chocolate is a staple as well as strawberry ice cream. just talking about it makes me crave for one.

i usually indulge myself in chocolate. i crave for something sweet when i feel down. but its not everyday... once i eat chocolate, i feel better and i dont have to eat another bar. i eat only 1 bar a day... if i can't have chocolate, i'll just settle to sleeping!

I like chocolate too. I think I should store some chocolate. Thus I will eat it whenever I want! Mcdonald's, on the other hand, I have to go out for eating it!

Anyway, choke is a good way to relax.

when i am sad, i am craving for chocolates..
i remember my teacher in Physical science when i ate chocolate..
she said eating chocolates will make you happy coz it contains chemicals reacting to you to be happy.. haha! smile and laugh!!

My favourite comfort food is macaroni with condensed tomato soup as sauce. Just cook the macaroni and open a can of tomato soup and mix it up! It's easy to make and tastes great. Fairly simple and nutritious :)

The world is just awesome to have a banana. Once, I ate 10 bananas an hour, u know what that means? One banana is awesome, two bananas are good, three bananas are ok, more will reach its extreme, it reverse its course!

My feel better food is probably ice cream, if we have any in the house. I won't go out to get any. For your information, a small burger isn't that bad for you. Just tell them to hold the mayo. Usually, if I'm upset about something, I just go for a walk. Being upset is not necessarily the same as being sad, but that walk helps either or both. Hiding in the sewing room with music or an audio book on the stero sometimes helps or taking my cell phone outside and calling my daughter is also a good distraction and usually picks me up.

When I feel upset, I am too lazy to do anything. Thus when my friends and I feel upset at the same time, they prefer to go out for a walk! Me, on the other hand, I do nothing but eat delicious food. I eat too many chips today! It helps! On the other hand, my stomach suffers!

I usually eat burgers and fries. Eating usually takes away my attension from being stress and sad. And yes I also loved mcdonals you I even made a discussion about mcdonalds french fries and their twister fries. Happy mylotting.

I ate mcfonsld today! Thus I felt much better at the time. It is a pity that coca cola was sold out. So, I dranked orange instead. It is more expensive! But it no more delicious than coca cola! As a result, I prefer coca cola.

I do not really care to eat when I am sad, I will sit alone in my room and just cry cry cry cry cry. I am a very sweet person and my feelings get hurt really easy, so that is why I cry a lot. (Such a baby...lol!) I do eat a lot of chocolate though!

crying in a upset moom is good to your health. However, u can cry a lot, don't cry too long each time! Else, it is bad to your eyes!

Hi hiddenwing, Just try to grab as much happiness as you can. Don't think that McDonalds is a junk food. If you like it, then get it and make the hey while the sun shines. In such a situation don't look for more and more options. Just have it what you find easily approachable and enjoy your life and get rid of stress/tensions of life. Best of luck

Hi, I'll take my favourites like ice-creams, chocolates, chips, nuts and if I'm outside my home, fried chicken (KFC) or cheesecakes.
I don't know whether it's good or not; it's just to fill up that 'empty' feeling (sadness?)

Usually, compared to Mcdonald's, KFC is much more expensive!

Hi hiddenwing,
I too crave for food when I am upset. I usually would think what I would crave the most at that particular moment. Many will come to mind as I am a big eater and I love to eat! In my culture, we eat rice for lunch and dinner sometimes for breakfast as well. So I would mostly crave for rice with several dishes to eat (chicken, beef, seafood, lamb - cooked in different kinds of recipes).
Usually I would just call a friend and hit a favourite restaurant and go all out on the menu. The more delicious the food are, the more it makes you forget why you were upset at the first place. :)

Something unexpected happened. They can either think it is my fault, or they blame another person. In fact, it is all about numbers. It is supposed to 3. But someone told me to write 8 on the chart instead. I didn't doubt it since someone is my superiors. I didn't even have a choice on the other hand.
However, the number turns out to be 3. Thus, such a mistake leads to bad consequences. I am the scapegoat. Also, tomorrow, things will be even worse!
I have to forget it now! But is is kind of hard!
