internet useage effect ur relationship?

My husband is going back to school and he has to write some papers. We were discussing topics he could write about and one of the things we thought about were my parents and if other people were like them. My mom only gets on the computer to read the newspaper. My dad on the other hand is on it from the time he gets home from work until he goes to bed. He plays games.
So my question to ya'll is how much time do you spend on the internet, what are you doing mostly (emails, games, etc.), and how does your spouse feel about it?

I am on the computer off and on throughout the day. I'm usually checking email, my work email, checking out mylot and looking at scrapbooking website. My s/o doesn't have a problem with it, since he emails me from work during the day, it's easier than trying to call me, since their are people at his work that are in and out of his office asking questions, he has an open door policy with his position. I am normally not on the computer after he gets home from work, we spend the evening sitting outside and talking or watching tv. On the weekends, we are both on the computer about equal time, he is usually checking email, and mostly playing games or checking on sports scores. Neither one of us has a problem with the other being on the computer, we each have our own computer, and we met online lol
