Hi all. If you have a problem with your computer where would you go to seek help and advice? Would you look to the internet first in order to resolve the issue? Do you prefer to use free advice before seeking proffessional advice? Or would you go straight to the proffessionals and pay them for their time? If there was a free website that gave good, honest proffessional advice would you use that service? If you were to use that service would you mind if there were adverts on the page that you were viewing, or would you prefer it to be ad free? If you were searching the free advice and were still unable to resolve the issue, what would entice you to call the operators of that site in order to resolve the issue at a small cost to you? Would you require some garauntee that the issue would be solved? I am interested as I work in the IT field currently within an office and wondered what service people use in order to have issues with their own home machines resolved.
