How can I apply for a paypal account?

I am a new myloter and not fimilar with bank bussiness.I dont know how to apply for a paypal account.What does visa and mastercard mean?Maybe you think my questions ridiculous.But I really want to know more about it.Is there any one who can give me a hand?Thank you very much!

Go to paypal.com and set up an account there. In order to be paid here your account with paypal needs to be "verified" which means attached to a bank account or credit card so. Mylot will transfer your earnings to your pay pal account and you can transfer them out of pay pal and into your bank or credit card account.

do you have bank account ??? if you have then u can get money on paypal by verifying your account
