Smart work or Hard work?

In which you belive smart or hard work?
I belive smart work gets you recognize immedeately but hardwork may take longer time than expected.
Hard work may need luck but not smart work. Thats what i think, what about you?

I prefer both.When you are in competitive world,you got to be smart as well as work hard to achieve your goal.Being smart alone does not help,you also need to prove your skills and talent to others in order to get recognised by your seniors.Other thing is sometimes,one may work hard like a dog but will not achieved anything.We also need to use our creativity to enhance our work.Working hard to achieve your target but without using your brain is useless.You will only get disappointed.Work hard and think smart,this will take you to road of success.Cheers
