So mine is kind of spread out. It really depends on the day, but in the morning I usually go for a short run 3 days of the week. Then at 6 or 7 I go for a longer one, every day of the week. Twice a week, around noon, I use the break I have in my schedule to lift weights. So I guess all times really, and it is just because these are the times that are convenient for me.

I would love to be a morning person and successfully commit to a morning routine. Unfortunately, I'd have to leave my house at five to get to the gym early enough for a class, and there's no way I'd have enough motivation to churn through exercise on my own in the morning.
I have the most success going to the gym in the afternoon when my mind is the most focused, it helps me to succeed and power through my muscles getting sore and tired. At night time, there are too many psycho, body building, pill popping guys and I'm always scared one of them will follow me on! It's not that unlikely in the area I live in either.

Generally in the morning before I go to college, as I have nothing better to do in that hour anyway.
When I'm off college in the afternoon I will sometimes do a bit more, but never at night, as I am usually working or out with my friends.
I think morning is the best time, as you burn calories better at that time, and also have the most energy to do so.
It gives you a lovely healthy kick start to your day.
