Breakfast is the most important meal of the day

Remember when your mom would nag and nag you to have some breakfast because it´s the most important meal of the day,,,,well she was right!! First off,you´ve just been asleep for 6 to 8 hours, your body needs to recover from this period of brief starvation, it will give your metabolism a boost!
If you don´t eat somethimg inthe morning you are forcing yourself to run on empty. And eating a good breakfast will keep you from getting too hungry, which will prevent you from over eating.
It also improves your thinking ability, and it´s not just children who need breakfast so they´ll be at top mental performance,we need to refuel to get that edge too.

I always eat my breakfast as I am a diabetic and cannot go for hours and hours without eating something. breakfast is
essential for all of us to be more healthy and more
focussed on the rest of the day. so always eat your
breakfast
