If any way to upload videos in mylot.?

Hi friends, how are you. In mylot i want to add a new videos. but i don't know how i upload it. if any one know the way to upload videos in mylot. please help me. share your commends.

I'm a real newbie here at MyLot but could you try either uploading it to YouTube and posting a link to the video at YouTube or you could maybe try using HTML to embed it into a page somehow. That or you could maybe try creating a blog page and putting your video on the blog page then submitting your blog to MyLot. Hope one of those things helps you!
