What do you think of uplines continually rewarding their downlines in PTC sites?

I consider it as a brilliant idea. It is definitely a win-win approach. The user and the downlines will be able to pole-vault to the payout. That means, shorter time , fewer clicks and the scammers and inefficient sites exposed. The clickers will stay active. I have been looking to join some uplines that offer a cashback incentive to their downlines.
