Your best bet is would to put a certain amount of money aside, and put it in a safe place (bank, under your bed, piggy bank, etc.). If worse comes to worse, you can also use the money to pay for other things that come up. Note, it doesn't have to be a lot of money. You can save change. It does add up. Look in the newspaper. You might be able to get a used one at a decent price.

You don't even have a computer at home my friend?? That is really sad buddy. Now days computer is become like a necessity. Almost everyone has a computer these days. But i can't blame you after all as your having a meager salary and other financial responsibilities. You could try out for some other job where they pay you more maybe and save that money and then buy a computer.
