Why do we have certain dreams? For years people have been wondering why we have certain dreams. There are some books that you can read that will tell you, but no-one actaully knows 100% of what certain dreams mean.
For example: Im sure that you have all had this dream: Your running away from something/your being chased, but you feel as if you can't move at all, or that no matter how hard you try, you move at a very slow rate.
I read this in a book one time, and it said *something like* "This dream means that you are either stressed out, or scared of something." You are "running" from your fears and stresses that occur in everyday life.

I really don't get it. It happened to me that when I was happy with my life no stress no fears no nothing and I have those strange dreams.
And vice-versa when I'm stressed sometimes I have good dreams. I can't explain it I guess deep in side us we are thinking hard about something, but we don't realise it.

To a certain extent, I do believe that some dreams have underlying meanings. It may have a message behind it. Some of friends claim that their dreams are foretelling and it warns them of certain dangers.
So far, my dreams are nothing but a reflection of my state of mind. I often have ridiculous dreams which do not make sense. I also dreamed of myself dreaming before. It was scary as I felt as if I could never wake up.

I have definately had that dream. I hate that one. The explanation certainly makes sense. There is a situation you would like to get away from, but you are finding it difficult to escape. Or else your body is telling you, you need to stay put and confront it rather than running away from it.
Have you ever had a dream where your teeth are falling out? I have had that one a few times, I hate that.
