Do you ever experience spending so much time thinking of what you will be buying and cooking for the day? Saturdays are days i go to the market and buy our food for the whole week but right now i can't think of anything to prepare for the week's menu. I think i am running out of recipes here friends, can you give me some ideas? I would appreciate them very much. Thanks and have a nice day!

That is always the problem of Moms. What to cook breakfast, for lunch for dinner? Always thinking of dish that will make the family happy. That is our role in life and I believe every good mother should have this as their goal. I can't consider motherhood as complete if we can't prepare sand cook good food for our family. And because of this, your predicament has always been my predicament as well. Thinking what something new can I prepare or the next week to come. Of course tomorrow, Sunday is a family day and we would want something very special. I already have decided to prepare Kare-kare, it was already a month long since I prepared my last kare-kare dish. Now for the whole weekend, I always go for veggies and fish or veggies and chicken fillet alternately. There is always a serving of veggies and fruits in our table. I don't delete them, otherwise, I will feel so guilty if I could not feed my family with veggies and fruits each day.
I suggest you surf the net for new ideas on healthy menu preparation. I always do that and that has always been very helpful to me. Happy cooking and have a nice weekend.

Yes, i have done that and i got better ideas now. My only problem is my family doesn't like vegetables much. So, i just serve vegetables 2 times a week and then fish maybe once or twice then the rest chicken or pork or beef.I also make it a point to have fruits in season at the table. Now, i think i will cook kare-kare for them too within the week. Have you tried preparing asado already? I hope you will one of these days. I will be making chicken asado on Thursday though, because it is my youngest birthday and i will make some chicken nuggets and cook spaghetti and "pitchi-pitchi" for her friends. She will be turning 15 and she is turning into a pretty little miss. Nice day to you and happy cooking!
