acupuncture is a technique of inserting and manipulating needles in to specific body points (ouch!)with the aim of relieving pain or for therapeutic purpose. It is thought to have originated in China and is commonly associated with Traditional Chinese medicine.It has been a subject of active and recent studies and yet its effect is not yet well understood and still controversial to researchers and clinicians, but evidence seem that it is effective if not for all, for some.
